All shipments are  F.O.B. Sherwood,  Ohio.  All shipments will go UPS ground standard. We can also ship next day air or 2 day air if needed. We ship all over the United States and Canada only. All shipments over 150lbs. will ship truckline collect.  Risk of  Loss with Respect to the Goods shall pass to Purchaser upon Manufacturer's delivery of the Goods to the carrier.

Quality Machining and Manufacturing Return Policy

Purchaser shall have thirty (30) days from the date of shipment of the Goods from Manufacturer's facility to inspect the Goods.  Purchaser must notify Manufacturer in writing within such 30 day period in the event that Purchaser wants to return Goods.  

Goods will only be accepted by Quality Machining & Mfg., Inc. with an Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and must be shipped freight prepaid within 30 days of original ship date.  

A re-stocking fee of 25% or $15.00, whichever is greater will apply.  Credit may be given within 30 days after Goods are inspected.  Credit will be void after 1 year from date of issue.  Made to order items are not returnable and non-cancelable without written consent from Quality Machining & Mfg., Inc.  Purchaser must notify Quality Machining & Mfg., Inc. if goods have been lost or damaged.  Purchaser must keep containers and any goods that have been damaged for carrier to inspect. 

 All claims must be filed by Purchaser to receive credit for lost or damaged goods.  Purchaser must notify Quality  Machining & Mfg., Inc. if replacements are needed or there is a discrepancy with goods received

General

Purchaser's purchase of Goods through the Website shall act as Purchaser's agreement and acknowledgment to be bound by these terms and conditions(all of the foregoing and following terms and conditions set forth in the Website referred to hereinafter as "terms and conditions")  and all of these terms and conditions shall be considered to be a part such purchase and shall be in addition to other terms, including but not limited to terms of shipping, pricing and return policies, found in the Website.  These terms and conditions shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the Manufacturer and Purchaser and their respective successors and assigns.  The failure of Manufacturer to require the performance of any provision herein by the other, shall not be deemed a waiver of future compliance therewith and shall not affect the right of Manufacturer to require compliance at any time thereafter.  In the event of a breach of any of these terms and conditions by Purchaser, Manufacturer shall be entitled to all remedies at law or in equity.  If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be declared illegal, void, or unenforceable, the remaining terms and conditions shall continue in full force and effect.  These terms and conditions cannot be modified except with the prior written consent of Manufacturer.  Manufacturer shall be entitled to recover from Purchaser Manufacturer's costs, expenses and reasonable attorney fees incurred in enforcing Manufacturer's rights against Purchaser failure to fully and  timely pay Manufacturer for these terms and conditions or Purchaser failure to fully and timely pay Manufacturer is a prevailing party in any action by Purchaser against Manufacturer arising out of or in any way related to Purchaser's purchase of the Goods, Manufacturer shall be entitled to recover form Purchaser Manufacturer's cost, expenses and reasonable attorney fees incurred in such action.  It is agreed that these terms and conditions,  and any other terms and conditions relating to the manufacture and purchase of Goods contained in the Website, shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio.  Each party irrevocably consents that any suit , action, or proceeding with respect to or in any way otherwise defective.  Such written notice shall set forth in detail the nature and number and of nonconforming or defective Goods.  Purchaser shall then return the defective or nonconforming Goods to Manufacturer within five (5) days of such written notice.  Goods are, in fact, defective or nonconforming.  If Manufacturer confirms that such Goods are defective or nonconforming, Manufacturer may, in its sole discretion, either replace such Goods or refund Purchaser's cost of the Goods.  In the events that the nonconformity or defect in the Goods was caused by any persons (including, but not limited to, third-party carriers) other than Manufacturer, Manufacturer shall have no liability for such defect, damage or non conformity.

Use of Information

Quality Machining and Manufacturing uses the collected information to respond appropriately to requests. This may be to respond directly to you or to improve the web site. E-mail or other information requests sent to Quality Machining and Manufacturing may be retained for future use by Quality Machining and Manufacturing.
