Quality Machining and Manufacturing Return Policy

Purchaser shall have thirty (30) days from the date of shipment of the Goods from Manufacturer’s facility to inspect the Goods.  Purchaser must notify Manufacturer in writing within such 30 day period in the event that Purchaser wants to return Goods. 

Goods will only be accepted by Quality Machining & Mfg., Inc. with an Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and must be shipped freight prepaid within 30 days of original ship date. 

A re-stocking fee of 25% or $15.00, whichever is greater will apply.  Credit may be given within 30 days after Goods are inspected.  Credit will be void after 1 year from date of issue.  Made to order items are not returnable and non-cancelable without written consent from Quality Machining & Mfg., Inc.  Purchaser must notify Quality Machining & Mfg., Inc. if goods have been lost or damaged.  Purchaser must keep containers and any goods that have been damaged for carrier to inspect.

 All claims must be filed by Purchaser to receive credit for lost or damaged goods.  Purchaser must notify Quality  Machining & Mfg., Inc. if replacements are needed or there is a discrepancy with goods received.
